Cancellation and Refund Policy

VAHTOR subscriptions are provided on a minimum 12-month commitment and are billed annually in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions automatically renew for successive 12-month periods.

Customers may cancel the renewal of their subscription by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the end of the current subscription term. Send that notice to [email protected].

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. The customer will retain access to VAHTOR until the end of that period.

Payments already made are non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel or stop using the service before the end of the subscription term.

Refunds or service credits may be provided where required by applicable law, or where VAHTOR has materially failed to provide the contracted service and has not remedied the failure within a reasonable period after receiving written notice from the customer.

Any onboarding, implementation, setup, or other one-time fees are non-refundable once the related work has commenced.
