VAHTOR helps organisations discover Shadow AI, publish AI policies, train people, and receive metadata-only risk alerts from enrolled browsers. Features depend on your plan and configuration.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organisation owners are responsible for members, devices, and content policies inside their workspace.

Do not misuse the service (probe other tenants, reverse-engineer to bypass controls, or upload unlawful content). The extension must only be enrolled on devices your organisation is authorised to manage.

Paid plans, trials, and promocodes are described at checkout and in-app billing. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Subscription term, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every AI tool or data leak will be detected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
